Health & Safety Policy

Drain 24/7‘s Claim 4 Drain accepts all legal responsibilities for securing the Health & Safety as well as the welfare of all its employees working on its behalf and all others affected by company activities. The company will ensure and maintain safe and healthy working conditions as much as it possibly can. Drain24/7 will assists all employees to maintain and be actively involved in maintaining safe operating conditions and practices. The company regularly review this policy to ensure the high standards of Health & Safety are maintained. We have a commitment achieving the highest levels of safety in our work, which means continual review and monitoring of every aspect of our working practices on and off-site.

Drugs & Alcohol Policy

Drain 24/7‘s Claim 4 Drain have a zero tolerance rule and will take the appropriate action in the event of any infringement and breach of these rules can and will lead to instant dismissal. We will take all reasonable steps to ensure that employees and sub-contractors are made aware of the contents of this statement with the relevant sections of the transport and work act 1992 and the implications therein, furthermore as a responsible employer the company will have in place procedures to prevent, in so far as is reasonably practicable, an offence under the act and a monitoring process to measure the effectiveness of such procedures. It is requirement of us that no employee or contractor shall; report or endeavour to report for duty having just consumed alcohol or being under the influence of drugs. Be in possession of alcohol or drugs of abuse in the workplace consume alcohol or drugs whilst on duty.

Environmental Policy

Drain 24/7‘s Claim 4 Drain operates in an environmentally responsible way by managing the effect we have on the environment. We recognize that our day-to-day actions may have a detrimental impact on the local environment. We are a members of ‘Waste Watch Business Network’ and the Environment Agency and are committed to minimizing on the local environment by improving our environmental performance. The company regularly reviews this policy to ensure the high standards of Envoronmental issues are maintained

All incoming calls to Drain 24/7‘s Claim 4 Drain and outgoing call are recorded for trainees, quality, and security purposes the company reserves the right to listen to any recording in matters of dispute, threats, and malicious allegation made by the public or members of staff or any individual.

Threats

Drain 24/7‘s Claim 4 Drain has a zero tolerance policy on any abuse, threats, violence or any form of harassments to any member of staffs  or sub contractors the Company will not tolerate any departure from these rules and will take the appropriate action.
